Easy. Simple. Nutrient Dense. Delicious.
I don't want to spend an hour cooking everyday, and neither do my clients.
But I also know how important it is to be in charge of the food I'm eating and to know exactly what goes in. Therefore, about 90% of my meals are home cooked (most of which are reheated leftovers because I cook in BULK).
Now, I'm not a cook and never claimed to be.
However, I think that's part of what makes these recipes so great. You shouldn't have to be a professional chef to benefit from healthy, healing foods!
I try to keep my cooking to be very simple, delicious, and with great nutrient density. I love bold flavors; I almost always add a little (or a lot) extra herbs/spices than what recipes ask for.
Also, I've learned that if you're using good ingredients, you can almost never go wrong (...almost)! I hope you can enjoy some of these recipes as much as I have with my friends and family!
