3-Month Continued Health & Happiness Coaching and Mentoring Package (With Labs)
If you've just completed a 3 or 6 month package with me, this is plan is designed to give you a bigger boost and even more progress in the priceless areas of your health and happiness.
With this plan you'll further support in both helping your body reach optimal function and balance, and that you're also growing in terms of mindset, happiness, and staying on track no matter what life throws at you. This plan will help you continue your health transformation and have the active, fulfilling life of your dreams. You’ll feel and look like a new person by the end of this program!
This package will help you find the missing answers you need and give you clear guidance towards achieving your optimal mental and physical health.

This 3-month package includes:
- 8 (or 11) laser focused one-on-one sessions
- Two 60-90 minute lab review with detailed 6+ month plan to target different layers of dysfunction and the best order
- Six (2 each month), or Nine (3 each month) 45 to 60-minute Health and Happiness Alignment Coaching Sessions per month to keep you motivated, accountable, and ensure consistent progress
- Clear, concise action steps to implement after each session to help you stay focused and organized (not overwhelmed)
- Customized supplemental program tailored to your specific needs
- Unlimited e-mail support (response within 48 hours, not including weekends) and check-ins to answer any questions and keep you on track towards your goals
- 2 x 10 minute laser calls/month as needed for when last minute support, or encouragement is needed or if a bigger question needs to be answered. Can typically be scheduled within 48 hours.

Labs and Supplements
*Recommended supplements may cost an additional $200-$500 per month. We can work to prioritize, optimize, and fit budgets.
**A GI-MAP stool test is a strongly recommended part of this program, and the $359 fee is paid directly to the lab. This will give us the most comprehensive view of your gut, which is pertinent to your health.
***An Organic Acids test is strongly encouraged, but optional, and the $299 fee is paid directly to the lab.
****Depending on your case, other labs may be recommended to make sure you get the absolute best results.
